You can choose what to fix when CRM Refresh has analyzed your contacts. Depending on how you plan to use CRM Refresh you can take two paths to fixing your data:

Account Based Marketing & Sales

#1 Fix the Title and Company – best used for Account based Marketing/Sales where the previous person has left the company and you want to reach the new person with that title.

Customer Success, Alumni Customers, Sales

#2 Person Appending – best used for customer success and sales – where a previous VIP has left the company and you want to find their new title and employer.
